Blondie – Minnetonka Newborn Photographer

Meet S at 9 days, so adorable! I also did his big brother’s newborn pictures and he had just as much hair (maybe even more) but really dark. So it was such a surprise to walk in and see this little guy. The brothers look almost identical in every other way.

and with his beautiful mom

It was wonderful catching up with you K family and meeting little S!

Someone to lean on – Minneapolis Baby Photographer

Meet B and H, the cutest little 4 month old twins. They were so sweet and we had so much fun at the studio this weekend. They clearly have everything they need.

Someone to love…

Someone to watch over…

Someone to lean on…

Thanks for sharing your boys with me!

Miss G – Minneapolis Newborn Photographer

Meet Miss G. Isn’t she gorgeous? Her mom had one request…not a lot of props, white background, just simple, beautiful portraits. I love how these turned out.

It was wonderful meeting you M and your little G. Many more to come.

Happy Birthday Miss R

Remember this little sweetheart?

Well, she’s now a 1 year old and fun of smiles and spunk.

and we can’t leave out big sis, who was an angel. These two girls made my job easy for sure.

Just a peek! It’s going to be hard to narrow these down. Thanks for coming to the studio H family! It was great catching up!!

Beautiful story, beautiful girl

You may remember this beautiful mama-to-be, it’s one of my favorite maternity pictures.

Before their maternity session, she called me to tell me that at the 20 week ultrasound they found out their daughter had cleft lip and palate. At the time, they were still waiting for the results of the genetic testing (which came back great) but I think we talked for almost 45 minutes. I was so moved by their story and their way of looking at it all.

So we came to the newborn session, and there Miss Z was. Absolutely perfect. She gave me a bit of a run getting settled but she had me wrapped around her little finger from first sight. Her parents said two things that almost brought me to tears. “God never gives you more than you can handle”, which is one of my firm beliefs. And the other was “if the world wasn’t so cruel, we’d keep her exactly as she is”. In 3 short months, her surgery will be done on her lip. And 9 months on her palate. But their story and strength of them as a couple and their perfect little daughter will be in mine, and many others hearts, forever. God knew what he was doing.

Hope you enjoy these images as much as I do.

Check out this little cutie – Baby J is also on the Watch Me Grow plan so I was super excited to see him and how much he’s changed. Parents always look more rested by 6 months too!
