Little M – Minneapolis Baby Photography

I’m hopelessly behind in blogging, which I’m sure won’t be the last time I say that over the next few months. Fall and holiday sessions are in full swing. It was so fun getting to see how much Little M changed since his newborn session. He was fun of smiles and was quite the flirt.

love his eyes

Great seeing you again C family!

On the Farm – Minnesota Family Photographer

Love this family. I’ve photographed them since L was just a newborn and it was so fun catching up with them. They just moved and now live next to a small horse farm (how fun is that!) and it also made a great backdrop of their family photos.

Great seeing you L and family!!

Miss I – Minnetonka Newborn photography

So pretty, and soooo sleepy and curly…love that. I took her beautiful mama’s maternity images a few months back so it was so fun to come back and hear how everything went and meet Miss I. This little one is very, very loved and I have a feeling will be quite the fashionista as well!

It was great seeing you A and G and meeting your little sweetheart. Can’t wait to show you more!

My Girl

A few nights ago, I did a session just for Lindsey (no brothers allowed!). It was officially her 5 year session even though her birthday was in January. This is such a big time in a little girl’s life. So while most of our sessions include all three kids, this one was all about her. It was about what she loves…anything fairies (she even got to pick out her fairy outfit herself) and it was all about capturing her exactly as she is. I love this age. There are images where I see the little girl she was and still is. In other images I see the girl she is becoming. She is starting kindergarten in a few weeks, which is a huge step. And those front teeth, they’ll be gone in less than a month changing her smile forever. She’s growing up. I’m making her very own album of the session, for her to have as a keepsake to mark this milestone and for me too. The day will come when she’ll be too “old” for fairies and maybe even dresses. But for now, I’m cherishing this time. I can’t wait to watch her confidence and independence soar as she learns the ropes as a big kid at school…and then part of me wants her to be my little girl forever. I so love this girl.
