At 2 1/2 weeks, this little guy was perfect. He smiled, he yawned, he curled up and slept like an angel. On top of all that, he was absolutely adorable. Everyone who reads my blog knows I have a special place in my heart for newborns, really is there anything more perfect in this world?

We had a beautiful evening for M’s maternity session. This session is a surprise for her husband for Father’s Day (so if you know them, no telling!) and it could not have gone more perfect. They are expecting twins this summer and she has the most perfect belly and is just glowing.

I’ve had the honor to capture this little one since she was just a few days old. Now she’s one and as cute as ever. Despite the heat, we actually had to work to get the serious ones…she was just all smiles (maybe because she’s excited to be a big sister this Fall!)

Thanks again L family! It’s been so fun watching her grow over the last year!
I will be traveling Thursday – Saturday and will be returning emails and voicemails when I return. One of my best friends from college is getting married on the beach, so fun! She’s asked me to take pictures of the ceremony so I’ll post a few when I get back. If something is urgent, I’ll be checking voicemail.
Just a scheduling update as well…May and June are full. I have a few newborn slots left towards the end of June but all other sessions are booked. If you’d like to be put on the waiting list, let me know!

I’m back! We spent 2 wonderful weeks on the beach in Florida and had the best time. As hard as it was to leave, it’s great to be home too. And really, what could be better than spending my first day home with this little cutie just 2 weeks old. I so love my job.
