4 weeks – Twin Cities Newborn Photographer

This little guy was 4 weeks but acted like he was only a couple weeks old. He was sooo good for me and such a little pumpkin. I always talk to babies while I’m photographing them, even when they are sleeping. Sometimes I think the parents think I’m a little nuts but I think they get it too. How can you not fall for such an adorable baby and get caught up in the moment. The moment where you get the honor to capture this fleeting time in a baby’s life and document it forever.

Beautiful blue eyes – Twin Cities Baby Photography

This little sweetie is on the watch me grow plan. I so love seeing how much little ones change so much that first year. Miss E was the queen of expressions. She seriously has the cutest cheeks and those beautiful blue eyes! Yep, I can see why she has mom and dad wrapped around her finger.

It was great catching up with you J and getting to see E again! She is just a doll!

Tutus – Minneapolis Family Photography

You may recognize the youngest member of this family. I did little O’s newborn portraits in February. Little O’s grandma contacted me afterwards about doing a special session of little O and her cousin M in these cute little tutus she bought them and a few family pictures. We met up at the studio this weekend for a quick session, such a beautiful family.

I’ll be in touch soon!

The perfect model – Minneapolis Newborn Studio Portraits

Meet L. He was really the PERFECT model. The first newborn in the new studio and a complete angel. I’m so excited about the gorgeous natural light, rustic floors, and all the different ideas I can finally execute now that we’ve moved in!

This is going to be a huge share since it is representative to what a studio session would look like compared to on location. Both will still be available. Studio offers come fun backgrounds, baskets, etc. On location is great for incorporating your home into the pictures and also of course the comfort of having me come to you. Both types of sessions offer the classic posed shots on blankets, with or without the little hats and parent and sibling portraits.

Seriously, L was sooo darn cute…picture overload ahead

Thank you so much K for letting me play with little L today. It was so much fun chatting with you and he is just perfect!

The big announcement…the studio

Those that are on facebook already know and some of you may have suspected but I’m very excited to announce that we moved into a new natural light studio in Hopkins! I will still be doing the majority of my sessions on location but now you have the choice! I’ll also be offering some different looks in studio for newborns that frankly are just too darn heavy to carry on location (samples images to come from the newborn model call). I’m excited for this new phase and new offering for my clients.

James modeled for a few sample shots and Lindsey ended up jumping in to so she could show off her new Spring dress from Momi Boutique! Love, love, love her clothing.
